This used to be the bridge that crossed the Cleveland City Zoo.
They're apparently taking it down. In order to walk from one part of the zoo to the other you need to walk through it's tattered remains. It's so creepy and awe inspiring... I think it received as much attention from us as did any animal in the zoo that day.
I wish it wasn't blocked off. I really would have liked to walk through it...

Apparently I got confused, this bridge is actually at the Cleveland Zoo and is called the Fulton Bridge. Thank you ~Op-Hop for telling me!

Just a little FYI: That's the Fulton Bridge in Cleveland, not Akron. But you were right about it going over the zoo, it's just the Cleveland zoo. I agree with your feelings of it, though. I spent forever taking pictures there. :]
